A Bit About Me
LavenderMoonUS started just as a concept I had after feeling the pull to create a shop and space for beginners and experienced practitioners alike to find common items needed for their practice, as well as unique and hand crafted spiritual goods. I started posting witchy content about 6 months prior to conceptualizing the shop and had built up an amazing and supportive community that helped me launch my Etsy in June of 2020! Now, due to the continued kindness of this community I am launching my own site with my own exclusive Zodiac collection.

LavenderMoonUS has, and always will be an LGBT and woman owned business. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive outlet for anyone looking to start or expand their craft. We support ethical sourcing, small artists, respecting closed practices and standing up against injustices in our own communities!

Our Policies
Return Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations:
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping Policy
Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Certain items may ship faster than others, but please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, packed and shipped out.

Holiday processing time:
Orders purchased on or before 12/16/21 will be shipped as normal following USPS holiday shipping deadlines. Any orders placed during the following dates; 12/19/21 - 01/02/22 will be shipped out starting the week of 01/03/22. Please be patient during holiday season as delays are common.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
